This Privacy Policy explains how Softify Solutions ("we", "us") handles information in the Salync mobile application (the "App"). Salync is a business tool for field-sales teams and requires an account provided by the organization that licenses the Salync platform. It is not intended for general consumer use.
Information we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, and employee/account identifiers, used to authenticate you and determine your role and permissions.
Location data
Precise and approximate device location, used to support delivery tracking while you use the app. Location is used for business functionality only.
Device information
A push-notification token and basic device identifiers, used to deliver notifications relevant to your work.
Business transaction data
Orders, invoices, receipts, payments, claims, exchanges, and customer records that you create or view as part of your work on behalf of your organization.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and operate the app's features.
- To record and sync sales, delivery, and payment activity with your organization's Salync account.
- To send operational push notifications.
- To secure the service and troubleshoot issues.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Data you enter is made available to your own organization through the Salync platform. We share data only with infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf, and only as needed to operate it.
Data security
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device.
Data retention & deletion
Business records are retained for as long as your organization maintains its Salync account, in line with its recordkeeping needs. Accounts are provisioned and removed by your organization's administrator. To request access to or deletion of your personal data, contact your organization administrator or email us at [email protected].
Children
Salync is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
